1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between rj77 ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at rj77.bet. By using the rj77 platform in any capacity, the Player enters into a binding agreement with rj77 and agrees to comply fully with these Terms, together with any additional policies, rules, or guidelines referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

rj77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at rj77.bet/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Your continued use of the rj77 platform after any change to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of their obligations.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing rj77 from Bangladesh or any other permitted jurisdiction. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The rj77 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use rj77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. rj77 enforces a strict 18+ policy. Players found to be under 18 at any point will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the payment method used, subject to identity verification.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or restriction that limits your ability to enter contracts, you may not use rj77.
3. Jurisdiction: You must access rj77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using rj77 is lawful in your location before registering or placing bets.
4. Personal account: You must register using your own true identity. You may not register on behalf of another person, use a fictitious identity, or allow any other person to use your account.
5. Single account: You may hold only one active rj77 account. Opening a second account to circumvent a suspension, bonus restriction, or self-exclusion is strictly prohibited.
6. Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion scheme or have previously requested that rj77 close your account for responsible gaming reasons. Circumventing a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a violation of these Terms.

rj77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including National ID card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill — from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of rj77 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must create an rj77 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. rj77 uses this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to provide the services you request.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• You must provide a valid, active mobile phone number registered in your own name in Bangladesh.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have regular access to.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your rj77 account. rj77 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept these Terms & Conditions at the time of registration.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rj77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rj77 will never ask you to share your password via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. You must notify rj77 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Do not share your rj77 account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access your rj77 account, even temporarily.
• Do not access your rj77 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for enhanced protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

rj77 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure above.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

rj77 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits are credited to your rj77 account balance in BDT. All withdrawals are paid out in BDT to a verified payment method registered in your name. rj77 does not accept third-party payments — the deposit method must belong to the account holder.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rj77 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. rj77 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes via on-site notification or email.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction.
• Daily deposit limit: ৳1,000,000 (subject to account verification level).
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited instantly upon mobile payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes during standard banking hours.
• rj77 does not charge any deposit fees. Your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction charges independently.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,000,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Players must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the rj77 account.
• rj77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside rj77's control.
• rj77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳100,000.

4.4 Account Balance Policy

Your rj77 account balance is held as a credit balance on the platform and is not a bank deposit. rj77 holds player funds in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds, to ensure that player balances are protected. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month after written notice. Players can reactivate their account by logging in at any time.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

rj77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus policy outlined in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds will be used first in wagering unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• rj77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin awards are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the individual offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Welcome Bonus Conditions

• The rj77 welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing players only.
• The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration.
• The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Withdrawing your real-money balance before completing the welcome bonus wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the rj77 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, or speciality games. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet. General rules that apply across all rj77 products are set out below.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. rj77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where the specific product rules explicitly provide for in-play bet cancellation.
• rj77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at an erroneous price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a technical fault in the platform's pricing or availability systems.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits are set at the product level and displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook market interface.
• rj77 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or sports event. Platform maintenance, provider downtime, or event cancellation may result in temporary or permanent unavailability of specific betting options.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session where the outcome has not yet been determined, rj77 will resolve the bet in accordance with the applicable game rules and the recorded state of the game at the time of disconnection.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled, regardless of subsequent price movements.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum playing time required under the applicable sport-specific rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours.
• Live in-play bets on cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC) are subject to ball-by-ball market suspension during key moments. rj77 accepts no responsibility for delays in market availability due to the live broadcast data feed.
• Maximum payout limits per event are displayed within the sportsbook interface and vary by sport and market type.

6.3 Casino & Slot Game Rules

• All casino and slot games on rj77 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt, among others. Each game is governed by the specific rules programmed into that game by its provider.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. rj77 does not modify or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in the lobby are provided in real time by the game provider and may vary. rj77 is not responsible for discrepancies in jackpot amounts arising from provider data delays.

7. Prohibited Conduct

rj77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform's systems. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification, including false names, ages, addresses, or document submissions.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one rj77 account per person, including accounts created to circumvent a suspension, bonus restriction, or self-exclusion.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated play, account collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling activity.
• Money laundering: Using the rj77 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism to conceal the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider in bad faith after the deposited funds have been used on the platform.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in live poker games, or otherwise coordinate play in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the rj77 platform, exploiting software bugs to obtain an unfair advantage, or using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the rj77 platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Both rj77 and the Player have the right to close or suspend an rj77 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Any player may request the closure of their rj77 account at any time by contacting rj77 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, rj77 will process the closure within 24 hours after confirming the identity of the requesting player. Any available real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after deducting any applicable pending wagering requirements on active bonuses. 8.2 rj77-Initiated Suspension or Closure

rj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct on the platform.
• The player's account is associated with money laundering, underage gambling, or identity fraud.
• The player has requested a chargeback on a legitimate deposit transaction.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require the account to be suspended pending investigation.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, rj77 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player via the registered email address within 5 business days. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned in full.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rj77's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the rj77 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. rj77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, game malfunctions, or betting market errors, except where such losses are directly caused by rj77's proven negligence.
